An assessor’s view – Martyn Leat

Posted by: , Posted on: - Categories: Advice, Assessors, Enterprise promotion

For anyone thinking of nominating an individual for the Queen’s Award for Enterprise Promotion we have some advice from Martyn Leat, Lead Assessor for this Award.

In preparing the case for your nomination please consider the main messages and supporting evidence. There needs to be a clear description of the activities undertaken to promote enterprise and the benefits gained by those receiving the assistance.

Ideally we would like to see quantitative evidence of the scale of activity as well as the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of the approach. Remember the activity needs to be UK based.

The best of luck.
