Since its inception in 1986, Primeast has always held itself to the highest standard in terms of the products and services it provides to its clients. Operating in a competitive market, providing culture transformation, consulting and leadership development and training for clients we know how important it is to differentiate. The business has grown organically predominantly through referral and recommendation for the training we’ve delivered by focusing on developing mindset and thinking, not just critical leadership skills. We do this through a blend of experiential learning mixed with adult development approaches which has proven over the years to create real change and improvement in performance for the organisations we work with.
As the first training company to be awarded ISO:9001 for its quality assurance practices, we have always measured our success by the impact of what we do for our clients, rather than accolades however The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise are different.
In 30 years plus of trading, we have grown, as our clients have expanded, to be able to service clients in over 40 countries and over that time built up a team that is located across the world, ready to react and respond to our clients needs. Our international capability has always been something that has appealed to our clients, looking for consistency of delivery across international locations whilst being able to provide local expertise in terms of culture, language, and location. It was this reach that prompted us to apply for The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise in 2015 and again in 2019.
For many of our international clients, where their preference for suppliers might be an inclination towards either large international corporate consultants or in-region providers, The Queen’s Awards provides a stamp of credibility that is recognised in international trade circles; it supports our positioning as a reputable and proven provider whilst still maintaining our credentials as agile and responsive; a feature that offers real advantage to our clients.
When talking to new clients and sharing our credentials as a potential partner, our award is featured on our marketing and sales material and is always referenced in proposals or tenders for work.
It has been a privilege to attend the Winner’s Reception at Windsor Castle, and our Awards Ceremony in our headquarters in Harrogate, curtesy of the HM Lord Lieutenant of Yorkshire in June of this year. It was a fantastic opportunity to share the honour with the whole team who’ve worked so hard, and friends and colleagues all of whom have contributed such a lot, to help us make the difference we aspire to.
On receiving the Award, Gary Edwards CEO, said;
Receiving this award means such a lot, especially with the challenges we’ve faced as a team and country over the last few years and to be recognised for the efforts of the whole team is humbling. They have worked, and continue to do so, tirelessly, turning what might have been our greatest challenge into a fantastic opportunity, switching all of our training to virtual while ensuring we stay true to the quality, interactivity that makes our programmes so unique. As a result, we really can operate without geographical boundaries – a truly international provider.
